It was a quiet hotel in a walkable area, short walk to coffee shops and restaurants, coffee shops, and downtown and bike paths. The room I booked was need updated bedding and available with fridge and microwave. The staffs were welcoming & pleasant. The property had a great location not too far from The New Zone Gallery.

Also, location was marvellous and unbeatable, within a close distance from Owen Rose Garden.

Fairly clean hotel in a nice building so close to great restaurants, and Saturday Market. Central location right at the sidewalk. For tea or coffee visit dutch bros coffee nearby.

The hotel is little with fast Wi-Fi and a reasonable value. The location is central, short walk to Starbucks at 0600, and central Eugene. Downtown Eugene is a district that deserves exploring.

We stayed at the Downtown Inn in Eugene for a couple of nights and it was fantastic. The staff was incredibly accommodating, even with our late arrival. The room was clean and comfortable, with plenty of towels in the bathroom. The location was convenient, within walking distance of downtown attractions. The owners have clearly invested in the property, with new furnishings and a fresh look. It's definitely a hidden gem.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Immaculate room with fridge and microwave, favourable and decent location. Plenty of meals for breakfast, including cereals and yogurt. Location not far from Eugene, OR, the freeway and downtown restaurants.

Favourable setting, short walk to downtown area and neighborhood eateries and Subway, and Starbucks and great downtown restaurants. Also, away from nightlife. Reasonably large bathroom, inviting, updated room. Very good and welcoming staff, exceptionally comfortable beds.
